Easy goal setting

Do you always try ... things but they never seem to? You know you want to set goals, but you don't know where to start. Here's a simple way to set goals.

Do you always try to do the job and never do it? You know you want to set goals, but you don't know where to start. Here's a simple way to set goals. Each step is represented by a letter of the word GOALS.

GET phase

Decide what you want to achieve. Do you want a new car? A degree? Better at something? Do you want to go as far as possible on vacation? Decide what you want and write it down. Make a list of all the things you want to do and make a list of all the places you want to go.

Organizational phase

Define your plan. Start by listing each step and create a plan that will lead you to achieve it. An easy way to do this is to prepare for what you already have. So take a look back and write down all your steps to get there. Don't worry about ordering now. Make a list of the steps you can think of.

Now organize your plan by prioritizing your list. Make a list of the commands that best suit your goal. For example, if you are planning to travel to Hawaii, you should plan ahead to save money before booking a plane with a fixed date.

If some of the items on your list seem heavy, break them into smaller pieces. If you want to write a book, break it. Start with the summary. Write one chapter per month. Write four pages a day. Make everything manageable.

The stage of the process

Do something every day to achieve your goals. ? So do it.

I often use the weekly priorities worksheet. You can also. Write down your top three priorities for the week. So this week, there are three steps you need to take to address those priorities. The next step is the most important: Make a list of possible distractions that you will encounter and how you are going to tackle them.

For example, if one of my first priorities was to publish my first book, I would list it in my translation of Fruit Appanatab, "Write Chapter Four Before Work Tuesday". Now, what can distract me? It can rain Tuesday morning and then I have to take my son to school. How do you eliminate these distractions? I can ask my husband if he will be available for school transport or if I can have time on Tuesday evening at least with a neighbor.

Maybe watch them before the blackouts and/or do a secondary plan in case the "plan" doesn't work, I'll do these things one way or another.

List of actions

Create lists as you go. Make a list of what you want. Explain how to get there. Make a list of the obstacles that stand in your way. Make a list of ways to overcome them. Make a list of your actions. By writing things down, you are committing to doing them.

And finally the IT subjects, the phase of success

Enjoy your success every time you achieve a goal or goal. Every little achievement builds your confidence and motivates you to do more.
