It is just as important to take care of the "inner" you as the physical you. Here are some thoughts on how to care for the "real" you.
I remember the days when I was always trying to catch up and constantly feeling like I was chasing my dreams and my life. Time seemed to go by and I felt like I never had enough time to get everything done. This was before I found the knowledge of what life was really about, and when I finally did, things started to change.
You see, all that rushing around and trying to get it all done attracted more of it; The ever-watchful law of attraction was in motion as it always is. I just wasn't aware of it yet. When I got tired of the rat race and listened to other people's opinions on what my life should be, I started looking for the right answers. I knew there was more to life than working on a job I didn't want to be and a life of hunting.
Over the years as I found out and studied what I believed to be my truth, I began to realize that although we are physical beings, we are also spiritual beings and it was important to pay just as much attention to the inner self, as I gave to the physical exterior. When asked to take care of ourselves, we usually focus on activities like exercise and eating right without worrying about our inner selves. We assume that we inhale and exhale without thinking that the inner self may also have functional requirements. Your physical being would not exist without this inner self keeping track of the journey that you have agreed upon before entering this physical world. It keeps you focused on what you wanted to experience and grow through here on earth.
How it all comes about fits into the sphere of free will, but the inner self has everything to do with what you are doing here. Your inner self should be at least as well cared for as your physical body. Your inner self needs nourishment or you easily become an unbalanced being who puts you at a distinct disadvantage in creating the life you want through the law of attraction.
How do you feed your soul Many people feed on religion and prayer and others on inspiration? Many live on it by watching a wonderful movie, listening to music, or reading a great book. You feed however, it's up to you. How you feed your mind should feel joyful and refreshed afterward. If you don't, when the way you feed your soul leaves you with doubts or feelings of fear, then you need to develop another path. Meditation is a positive way of connecting with yourself, as is visualization.
This puts you in a zone where anything is possible. and then you work with both your logical mind and the spiritual mind to manifest your needs. It gives you the opportunity to move away from the current reality and instead create the reality you really want, as long as you have a passion for what you focus on.
As you feed all aspects of yourself, you will find that life becomes more balanced and less hectic. Reprint and you'll feel like you are moving forward instead of standing still. You will find that fear and doubt leave your life as you connect with yourself.
